Order Processing

Cut‑off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on region.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.

Restrictions: We do not ship to countries with trade restrictions or where carriers cannot guarantee delivery.

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery. Carrier selection is based on speed, cost, and destination.

Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

Real‑time updates are available through the carrier’s website.

- If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, customers should contact the carrier directly.

- Verzanda will assist in filing claims but is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
